What is a job seeker visa?
The Job-seeker visa for Austria is a six-month permit intended for highly qualified (such as a scientist, high-level manager and individuals in certain other occupations) non-EU citizens who wish to work in Austria but have not yet managed to secure a job offer. The Jobseeker Visa allows you to look for work followed by a work permit if your job hunt has been successful. To be Eligible, you must score minimum 70 points out of 100 to apply for points-based Job-Seeker Visa.

On March 07th, 2019 the UK Home Office announced the exciting launch of UK Startup Visa route for non-European migrants who are willing to stay in the United Kingdom and invest through setting up of a business.

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR THE VISA?
To qualify for Startup Visa, applicant at least must have current or past “running business” experience.

HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR THE VISA?
If you are coming to the UK as an Overseas Business Representative you must:
Be recruited and employed outside the UK by a company whose headquarters and principle place of business are outside UK.
Hold a senior position within the company (but not be a major shareholder) and have full authority to make decisions on its behalf Intend to establish the company’s first commercial presence in the UK, e.g. a registered branch or a wholly owned subsidiary.
